The "Gender" concept
for the westerns is that the definition of a man or a woman is not
related to the natural biological differences, for you can't call a male
or a female "Gender", but it's a unified meaning that combines both at
the same time, and it doesn't depend on the traditional sexual behavior
of each sex.
And it's a totally
unclear concept, and it's based on a wrong assumption that contradicts
the original natural background characteristics of the male and female,
it undoes the specific characteristics of each the male and the female
which contradicts the very nature of the human being
Gender refers to
the economic, social and cultural attributes and opportunities
associated with being male or female in a particular point in time.

reinforce the traditional gender division of labour by portraying it as
"normal" and "natural"

non-discrimination between male and female is based on the wrong concept
of the gender, and it contradicts the known scientific and biological
facts. And it's considered unfair to one of the sides, it also
contradicts the basic concepts of justice and equilibrium in stations
and human abilities which differs with all people regarding being a
male or a female, even amongst the males, and amongst the females
means that there is
no discrimination on grounds of a person's sex in the allocation of
resources or benefits, or in the access to services. Gender equality may
be measured in terms of whether there is equality of opportunity, or
equality of results. The UN Convention on the Elimination of All Forms
of Discrimination Against Women can be understood as a statement on what
the principle of gender equality of opportunity should mean in practice
for all aspects of life, and all sectors of the economy

stereotype standard that is going at the western civilization,and force it on other societies
that have other cultural and legal standards which doesn't go with that
standard, which also was proven wrong in a scientific and human way as
we stated in point 2,and disagrees with subject 103 of the UN agreement
that believes in respecting all the cultural and religious belief system
around the world
Gender
discrimination refers to any distinction, exclusion or restriction made
on the basis of socially constructed gender roles and norms, which
prevents a person from enjoying full human rights.

This point depends
on unaccepted yet intentional mix of what’s right and what’s wrong, for
that the unjust inequality is not absolute but controlled with
conditions, which is that inequality is between those similar in
efficiency, characteristics and human and natural abilities, while in
the case of un -similarity at these elements then equality becomes
unjust, contradicts simple reason and against the high benefit of the
society, and the claimed similarity doesn’t exist, and theoretically
denying this fact doesn’t change it
arise where an
instance of gender inequality is recognized as undesirable, or unjust.
There are three aspects of gender issues, namely: gender gap,
discrimination and women's oppression

conflicts with a natural and a biological fact that cannot be denied or
canceled which is differences between the male and the female in
characteristics and description in a way that gives each of them his
dependant role in life, which goes only by the cooperation of these two
roles, while the conflict between them is harming for the public
interest and causes corruption and instability in life, also the
domination of one role on the other causes the same damage and
corruption. So this fact must be admitted, spread, proven and taken the
necessary guaranties to accomplish that perfect equilibrium between
them, forwhat came in the past two points
leads only to deny or cancel the male's role and magnify the female's,
it also leads the female to deny her natural role which God has created
her for, also which the man won't be able to fulfill with the
characteristics given to him by God. Also the female won't be able to do
the male's job, so giving each his fare responsibilities which goes with
his biological characteristics, and whatcomes after that of change in
outcomes is not unjust discrimination against the woman, but fare
differentiation that goes with the natural way
Means an overall
societal pattern where women are allotted one set of gender roles, and
men allotted another set. Unequal gender division of labour refers to a
gender division of labour where there is an unequal gender division of
reward. Discrimination against women in this sense means that women get
most of the burden of labour, and most of the unpaid labour, but men
collect most of the income and rewards resulting from the labor. In many
countries, the most obvious pattern in the gender division of labor is
that women are mostly confined tounpaid domestic work and unpaid
food production, whereas men dominate in cash crop production and wage
employment

for the benefit of the rulers, at the expense of the ruled. Such
oppression may exist at the level of the state, the village, or the

Empowerment for the
woman means her ability to influence and participate in all of the
society’s decisions and levels. It’s based on the concept of absolute
equality and resisting any ways that could deprive the woman of any of
life's aspects, whether she's capable of fulfilling these tasks or not,
which contradicts the concept of the most capable and the most suitable
and the right person in the right position, such contradiction that
could lead to instability and disruption
Is an important
element of development, being the process by which people take control
and action in order to overcome obstacles. Empowerment especially means
the collective action by the oppressed and deprived to overcome the
obstacles of structural inequality which have previously put them in a
disadvantaged position. The Women's Equality & Empowerment Framework
sees empowerment as the goal, and at the same time, the essential
process for women's advancement. It is the process by which women
mobilize to understand, identify and overcome gender discrimination, so
as to achieve equality of welfare, and equal access to resources

encourages having unethical sexual intercourse in a way that could lead
to sexual instability and total denying of legal marriage which goes
against all the religious beliefs in all the divine religions and works
on destroying the family and society, and many civilizations including
the Islamic civilization musters controlling the sexual relationships
with the appropriate legal and religious approval to prevent the serious
consequences of sexual instability
(a)-Sexuality is a
central aspect of being human throughout life and encompasses sex,
gender identities and roles, sexual orientation, eroticism, pleasure,
intimacy and reproduction. Sexuality is experienced and expressed in
thoughts, fantasies, desires, beliefs, attitudes, values, behaviors,
practices, roles and relationships. While sexuality can include all of
these dimensions, not all of them are always experienced or expressed.
Sexuality is influenced by the interaction of biological, psychological,
social, economic, political, cultural, ethical, legal, historical and
religious and spiritual factors.

sexual relations must not be practiced in such a way that expresses
sexual sensations in a rude way, and it's a case that reveals that
unethical sexual oppression that spread at the west nowadays which is
denied by many of the religious beliefs and civilizations especially the
Islamic one, while it must be taught in a calm natural way in its
scientific and practical occasions, and in a sort of decent way that
doesn't violate the common sensations and feelings, putting in mind the
mental capabilities and sensations of each age period
(a)-The World
Health Organization defines sexual health as "the integration of the
physical, emotional, intellectual, and social aspects of sexual being in
ways that are positively enriching, and that enhance personality,
communication, and love…every person has a right to receive sexual
information and to consider sexual relationships for pleasure as well as
for pleasure as well as for procreation."
(b)- Sexual health is
a state of physical, emotional, mental and social well-being related to
sexuality; it is not merely the absence of disease, dysfunction or
infirmity. Sexual health requires a positive and respectful approach to
sexuality and sexual
relationships, as
well as the possibility of having pleasurable and safe sexual
experiences, free of coercion, scrimination and violence. For sexual
health to be attained and maintained, the sexual rights of all persons
must be respected, protected and fulfilled.

populate the "Gender" concept and apply it in the same western ways,
which conflicts with many of the world's civilizations ethics and belief
systems, that also doesn't suit them this western concept with it's

all of this it's intended to be forced on all the countries of the world
especially the Arabic and Islamic world in a way that comes against the
agreements and laws of the UN

higher authority in every social and administrative position is social
necessity for solving problems and calming conflicts by finding a higher
reference that could be returned to, therefore the man's leadership of
the family is not out of mastership or forced authority, but necessary
guidance. The woman also carries some of the responsibility being the
man's companion in social and family life. But the nature of life
obligates that only one leader could take control, and the existence of
two at the same time and equality level doesn’t go with the social way
of things

sexual rights has the same absoluteness as the human rights is wrong,
for it has a special nature and a specific sexual task and different
outcomes for each male and female, and going without any control could
cause corruption and desolation of the family and later the whole social
system, it also contradicts most of the religious and belief system for
most of the civilizations including the Islamic one, and it must be held
to the legalized frames of each society, and its impossible to force a
certain type of sexual relationships at certain societies just by
believing it's right. The obligations stated in the point is individual
that doesn't go with the social approval or the appropriate
legalization, and is not suitable for most of the world's society and
especially the Islamic ones
